Once the Affiliate Program is ready to launch, we will send out an email with more instructions on completing your account setup and receiving your affiliate code.
When you recommend our products and services to others, they can use your referral code at checkout to receive a 5% discount on their purchases!
Receive Commission
In return for your efforts, we offer a generous commission structure. For every product purchase made using your referral code, you will earn a referral commission of 10%. Additionally, if your referrals participate in our workshops, you will receive a referral commission of 20%.

How to Setup your Account

Click "Login" at the top right corner of the site to create an account.

After creating an account, click the "Login" button again to see a dropdown menu and click "Affiliate Application."
STEP 1: Confirm your Personal Info by making sure your complete information is in the box with Name, Street, City, State, Country, and Zip Code. Edit if necessary by clicking "Input Your Info."
STEP 2: Select your Referrer, which is typically your local Body & Brain center. If you don't belong to one, select "HQ | HDQT."
STEP 3: Read the Affiliate Agreement, and click "Add W-9" at the bottom of the page.
STEP 4: Fill out the W-9 form and click "Continue."
STEP 6: Review and click "Sign Document" to finalize.
