Refunds & Returns of Products

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a Product from GoodBitters.com, we're happy to help. If you need to return or seek a refund for a product, see the guidelines below:

a. General Returns. You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the complete original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Cosmetic and wellness supplement products are not eligible for refund if they are opened.

Returns will NOT be accepted without our prior approval, so it is very important that you initiate a return by contacting us at support@goodbitters.com or 480-256-9456.

b. Damaged or Defective Returns. If a Product is returned due to defect or error (such as incorrect item or one that was damaged when you received it), you may return it without penalty. We will provide a return label for the return of the item. When you contact us to initiate this type of return, please notify us of any damage and send us a photo.

c. Refunds. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Payment Method and you should receive a credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

d. Shipping. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Refunds for Services

The purchase of any of the Services, such as classes, programs, and workshops, on or through GoodBitters.com is subject to a service agreement executed separately from these Terms. The refund policy for a given service will be contained in its corresponding service agreement.
